Who we are

Be Recruitable Daily ("we," "us") helps student-athletes and their parents take practical, daily action on the college recruiting process. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email us at support@berecruitabledaily.com.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, password, and contact preferences you provide when you create an account.
• Recruiting profile information — details you choose to add, such as sport, graduation year, GPA, transcript, athletic measurements, highlight film links, and target schools.
• Activity information — check-ins, completed recruiting tasks, streaks, and how you use the platform, which power features like your Recruitability Score and weekly progress reports.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical information — device, browser, and log data used for security (for example, alerting you to a new login) and to keep the service running reliably.

How we use your information

• Provide and improve the service, including your profile, score, missions, and reports.
• Send transactional communications such as account, security, billing, and progress emails, plus the check-in and reminder messages you signed up for.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Protect accounts, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform (such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), when you direct us to (for example, information you choose to make visible to college coaches), or when required by law. Service providers are bound to use your information only to provide services to us.

Student-athletes and minors

Many of our members are high-school student-athletes. Users under 18 should use Be Recruitable Daily with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. We collect only the information needed to provide the service and never use a minor's information for third-party advertising. Parents or guardians may contact us at any time to review or request deletion of their athlete's information.

Email and SMS choices

Transactional messages (account, security, and billing) are part of having an account. Reminder and progress messages can be turned off from your account settings or the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Data retention and security

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, and we notify you of new logins to your account. You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@berecruitabledaily.com.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect. The version and date at the top of this page always reflect the current policy.
