The service

Be Recruitable Daily provides practical recruiting guidance, tools, and daily actions for student-athletes and their parents. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Educational guidance only — no guarantees

Our content, scores, missions, and reports are educational guidance. They are not a promise or prediction of recruiting outcomes. We do not guarantee athletic scholarships, roster spots, coach contact, admission to any school, or eligibility under NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or any other governing body's rules. Always verify eligibility and recruiting rules with the relevant governing body and the schools you are pursuing.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Users under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the recruiting information you publish in your profile, including grades, measurements, and film.
• Notify us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. If a payment fails we will let you know and give you a chance to update your payment method before access changes. Prices may change with advance notice.

Acceptable use

• Don't misrepresent your identity, academics, or athletic record.
• Don't use the service to harass, spam, or deceive coaches, athletes, or anyone else.
• Don't attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the service.
• Don't copy, resell, or scrape the service or its content.

Content

You own the content you upload (like highlight film links and profile details) and grant us the license needed to host and display it as part of the service, including to the coaches and programs you choose to share it with. We own the service, its design, and its content, including the Recruitability Score methodology.

Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for recruiting decisions made by third parties, including coaches, schools, and governing bodies.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as the release and limitation of liability) survive termination.

Changes and contact
